Return / Refund Policy

Changing your mind
If you change your mind about an *item within 28 days of receiving it, you may return it to us in its original packaging, in original, resalable condition, and we will provide you with a refund of the value of the item.

Please note that the original P&P costs are not refundable other than as required by the distance selling regulations & you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We strongly recommend that you ensure that the item is well packed and is either sent by trackable post (e.g. recorded delivery) or as a minimum that you ensure you keep proof of postage so that you are able to claim against Royal Mail in the event the item is lost in the post, as we do not provide refunds for items which arrive back with us damaged or do not arrive.

*Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on certain products such as earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged goods must be notified to us within 3 working days
